In addition, most people don't realize that if they allow their home to go to foreclosure and it is sold at auction for less than the amount owed, the lender may try to still hold them responsible for the balance. If you are facing the possibility of foreclosure, call us to see if we can arrange a short sale with your lender and save your credit.
